Bidding will be by numbered cards.  Lots are deemed sold at the fall of the “hammer” and the  purchaser shall be the highest bidder.

 

The viewing will be in the main hall and the auction will be conducted in the side room.

 

Payment & collection of the lots will take place in the main hall.

 

Lots can only be taken after payment is made in full to the cashier.

 

Payment can be made at any time during the auction.

 

Cheques to be made to Goodmayes Philatelic Society

 

Any unsold lots may be purchased during the auction on a “first come first served” basis and     payment will be made to the cashier.

 

Payment may be made by cash or cheque (post dated cheques will NOT be accepted)

 

All the lots were described by the vendors and the club does not take responsibility for any errors in the description.

 

All lots will be deemed to be viewed, sold as seen and shall not be rejected by the purchaser.

 

Vendors commission 10%    No buyers premium.
